College of Medicine Research

General Clinical Research  Center - provides clinical research infrastructure to investigators at UAMS conducting human-based research including laboratory space, nursing staff, and patient facilities.

Office of Clinical Trials - a collaborative service among UAMS, the CAVHS and ACH Research Institute to support industry-sponsored clinical research involving new drugs, devices, and biologics.

Office of Grants & Scientific Publications - offers editorial and grant preparation services to investigators across the campus.

Office of Research and Sponsored Programs - pre- and post-award support and administration, including the online Blue Sheet and ARIA. ORSP is also the parent office of the UAMS Institutional Review Board (IRB).

Office of Research Compliance - Provides research education for investigators and performs routine and for cause audits of research studies.

Research Support Center - New office established to provide support to investigators.

Research Communities Link - A Web site that promotes interaction and collaboration among faculty and others conducting research at all institutions throughout the state.

UAMS Institutional Review Board - All research involving human subjects must be approved by this University level committee.

UAMS Patent and Copyright Committee - Submit a patent disclosure fom online or find information about the committee.

UAMS Research Net - an internal communications and bulletin board system for those involved in research.
